Important Information
No Refunds on Orders
All orders placed with us are non-refundable. Since our products are made to order and/or carefully curated, we do not accept cancellations or exchanges once the order has entered the production or processing stage.
Quality Check
Every product is thoroughly checked and packed with care before being dispatched from our studio.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please follow the steps outlined below.
Return/Replacement Process
Intimation Timeline
You must notify us within 2 working days of receiving your order by emailing us at the1212studio@gmail.com.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are only provided for products that are damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped, provided we are informed within the stated timeframe.
Conditions for Replacement Approval
Unboxing Video Mandatory
A clear, uninterrupted parcel opening video is compulsory. The video must start from opening the sealed package and continue until the issue is clearly visible. Edited or cut videos will not be accepted.
Product Condition
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned along with its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Packaging Requirement
The original outer box must be retained and returned along with the product.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, only if the product has not yet been created or processed. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email us at the1212studio@gmail.com within the specified time period.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us by the courier due to reasons such as non-acceptance, incorrect address, or inability to reach the customer, we can arrange a re-dispatch.
Re-shipping Charges

Orders above 500g: Charges will be calculated based on parcel weight

For Speed Post, actual shipping charges will apply
The re-shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
We will reach out to you via the email provided at checkout. If there is no response within 30 days of our communication, personalised or custom-made items may be discarded, as they cannot be restocked or resold.
